W2 Sales Associate

Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and eager-to-learn Sales Associate to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate should be physically capable and comfortable walking on roofs, possess excellent interpersonal skills, be highly organized, and technically competent to operate our customer relationship management software.

Responsibilities:

* Conduct sales presentations to potential clients and effectively communicate the benefits of our roofing services.

* Generate leads and follow up on sales opportunities to achieve sales targets.

* Maintain a strong understanding of our products, services, and pricing structure.

* Utilize customer relationship management software to manage client interactions and sales pipeline.

* Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for business growth.

* Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.

Requirements:

* Motivated and eager to learn.

* Physically capable and comfortable walking on roofs.

* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

* Highly organized with the ability to multitask effectively.

* Technically competent to operate customer relationship management software.

* Flexible work hours to accommodate customer needs.

* Valid driver's license with a completely clean driving record.

* Ability to receive and process constructive criticism.

* Basic math proficiency.

Compensation:

The position offers a competitive pay structure with a 10% commission on gross sales. In our current storm environment, with recent hail storms causing significant damage amounting to as much as $1 billion, the annual pay for this position is expected to exceed $100,000. Additionally, a company truck will be provided for work-related activities.
